Shipping

Items will be shipped to the address listed on your order. Orders are shipped by registered air mail which usually takes 14-21 working days. A tracking code will be sent to the E-mail listed on your order once the package has been posted, so you can keep updated with the parcel’s progress. Delays may occur by post, customs or holidays. For shipping upgrades please message us via E-mail.
Any additional international import taxes and fees are the buyers responsibility.

Payment

We accept payments from all major credit cards (excluding Diners Club Card) and through PayPal. It is completely safe and easy to use PayPal and you do not require a PayPal account in making a payment. You can simply use your debit or credit card on the PayPal website. Payment must be made in full and have cleared
before the item is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We would be delighted to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Please contact us with any concerns, questions or problems with your order. We take great care in packing our products so it arrives safely at your door. Occasionally, damage occurs in shipping. If you have any problem with your shipment when it arrives, please save all packaging and contents and contact us immediately for refund or replacement.
